In order to provide a safe place for all children, youth and at risk adults to grow in faith, all persons working with children, youth and at risk adults must be Safe Sanctuaries Certified at WUMC.

There is no cost for the local  training, but there is a $20.00 fee for the background check. In case of financial need, this fee can be covered by the church.
